What Area do you Serve?
Based in Plymouth, MA; we predominantly serve Boston, the South Shore, Cape Cod & Newport, RI. Outside of these areas will add a travel fee.
We are always willing to travel for events outside of Massachusetts.
For any out of state or the country inquiries, please get in touch for a custom quote.
Is Elevated Booths a Photo Booth?
The answer is Yes AND No. Elevated Booths has similarities to the typical photo booth but also many differences ~ the major difference being experience and the human touch.
We are a fully equipped, professional photo studio with real-time retouching and printing at your event. Professional lights, our signature white backdrop, a professional portrait photographer and a lightning-speed retoucher are all on site to run this personalized, private photo session. The images taken are professional grade, each retouched having the quality and integrity to be printed as enlargements, as canvas, go into photo books or framed up in your home.
I want you for my Wedding Photography AND Elevated Booths. How does that work?
Yes this is 100% doable! While Ali is capturing your guests' portraits in the 'booth,' an associate photographer will be available for event coverage. These times will typically be either during Cocktail Hour and/or after dinner is served and the dance floor officially opens! Having the second photographer there is a part of the service coverage as needed and incurs no additional fee for the 'booth' session.
What are the setup requirements?
We require a space that is 10' wide x 10' long X 10' high which is clutter free (no furniture etc) with a solid wall, access to an electrical outlet and no overhead obstructions (chandeliers etc).

To ensure the best flow of traffic, it is best to keep us in a lower traffic area, not next to the bar ;).

If the venue is outdoors, we do require our setup to be fully covered to protect our equipment from weather, wind, sunlight etc.

Our setup time is approximately an hour prior to our start time. Our break down is about 30 minutes.

When is the best time for Elevated Booths to start?
For weddings, ideally we recommend having us start once the dance floor is officially open.
Otherwise, during cocktail hour is also an option.
For an additional fee, we can be open during both cocktail hour and post-dinner entertainment if you feel your event needs more time.
Is the Elevated Booths logo printed on guests' prints?
Yes, our very small Elevated Booths signature logo is printed in the lower right hand corner of each photo. It is also on each digital copy in the private gallery. However any prints, wall art or digital files purchased from the online gallery DO NOT have the logo.
We can add a personalized logo to the 4x6 prints as well. Please ask us for more information.
How do my Guests access their digital photos?
Your guests have the option to register with your event's private online gallery. Our team members can assist your guests onsite plus we provide a QR Code if they prefer to register on their own.
Once the event is over, our expert editors do a final round of editing touchups (as needed) and then all the edited digital files are uploaded to the private online gallery. This process typically takes a couple of days to complete.
An email is then sent to all registered guests along with a coupon to save on enlarged prints or wall art if they choose.
Your guests' personal information is kept private and is NEVER shared. We send just a couple of emails about the gallery access ~ no spam here!
Do I receive a print copy of each portrait as well?
While each photographed guest DOES get a take home print from their portraits; due to time constraints, we cannot print an extra copy for the event host during our session time.
We are happy to provide this service post-event. The prints will then be delivered along with your 10x10" custom designed Guest Book that is included in each package!
